Your business has outgrown its WordPress site.

Updates feel risky, plugins pile up, and small changes take too long. Call us and we will tell you plainly what we see and what we would do next. No pressure, no sales script.

How do we find out where the site stands?

We check plugins, updates, PHP, backups, and logins so you know what needs attention now and what can wait.

Fix it or replace it

Keep what you have and clean it up, or move to something simpler. You get a straight recommendation either way.

Plain English

No jargon. You talk to the person doing the work, and you approve the scope and price before anything starts.

How is modernization work organized?

Work is organized in five phases: stabilize the current site, produce a written scope, build the new site separately, migrate, then maintain and grow.

  1. Stabilize. Review hosting, WordPress, themes, plugins, access, and backups, then agree on a care plan for the existing site. Verify backups, review access and outdated parts, and keep the current site running. The current site stays the working site during the rebuild.
  2. Scope. A written scope document is produced and approved before development, covering pages, content, forms, integrations, editing needs, hosting, migration, acceptance criteria, and pricing.
  3. Build. The new site is designed and developed in a separate environment on a platform chosen around the business's requirements. Your current site stays live.
  4. Migrate. Content and data are moved, redirects, forms, analytics, and integrations are tested, and cutover follows a launch plan with rollback.
  5. Maintain and grow. Agreed ongoing care for updates, monitoring, backups, and support.

What if the right next step is replacement?

We can discuss stabilization and ongoing care separately from the replacement project. If replacement makes sense, the scope process determines the platform.

Read WordPress replacement for how a move to a site you own outright works, or maintenance and care if you need someone to take over the site you have today.

Questions business owners ask

Do I have to approve a full rebuild to get help?

The assessment is the starting point. We can discuss stabilization and ongoing care separately from the replacement project, with the scope and pricing agreed before work begins.

Will my existing site stay online while you build?

The new site is built separately while we care for the existing site under the agreed plan. We schedule and test the final transition to reduce disruption. Any expected interruption is discussed in the launch plan.

Is WordPress always the problem?

WordPress can be maintained successfully. We assess your particular installation, dependencies, and business requirements to determine whether repair, continued maintenance, or replacement makes sense.

What will you replace it with?

The scope process determines the platform. We consider content editing, integrations, custom functions, hosting, security, and ongoing support before recommending the architecture.

Can my team still edit the website?

We document what your team needs to edit and include the appropriate content-management tools in the proposed solution.

Will we lose our content, search visibility, or integrations?

We identify what must carry over and include content migration, URL mapping, redirects, and integration testing in the plan. Search rankings cannot be guaranteed, but the migration should account for your existing search presence.

Is a modern platform maintenance-free?

Every platform needs care. We design for manageable dependencies and establish who handles updates, monitoring, backups, and support after launch.

How much will it cost, and how long will it take?

That depends on the current site, its dependencies, and the replacement scope. We agree on assessment and stabilization costs first, then define the rebuild budget and schedule through the scope process.
