This Privacy Policy describes how NTx Ventures (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information when you visit our website (the “Site”) or interact with our advertising. It is intended to meet common expectations for transparency under Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Ads policies, as well as applicable privacy laws. 1. Who we are
NTx Ventures is the data controller for personal information processed through this Site as described in this policy.

We may collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide — For example, when you email us, book a consultation, or otherwise contact us: name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message.

7. Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Ads
We may use Google Ads (including conversion measurement, remarketing, and similar features) and Meta advertising technologies (such as the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, where implemented) to show ads on Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and partner properties, and to measure ad performance.
These partners may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, or similar technologies to collect or receive information from our Site and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and targeted ads. The information may include device identifiers, cookie IDs, IP address, and activity data.

8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics and advertising data may be retained according to each partner’s policies and our configuration settings.

- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
- Request access to or deletion of certain personal information;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (where those terms apply under law);

- Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

10. Your rights (EEA, UK, and similar regions)
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability, under applicable law. 11. International transfers
If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our vendors operate, which may have different data protection laws.
12. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated as required by law.
